Lauren Paris is a multi-award- winning journalist and businesswoman with more than 15 years of experience working in the media, publishing and communications industries (magazines, newspapers and digital)
She’s a proud Mum of 4 children in 3 years (the youngest are her 2-year- old twin girls), and is a social media maven also known for her blog Gold Coast Mum.com.
She juggles her family commitments with her work dealing in all things business, blogging and babies (& enjoys an occasional outing to sing karaoke and dance – not necessarily well – to all things 90’s/00’s and RnB).
Dubbed ‘The Mummy Mentor’ Lauren’s a Social Media Manager, Content Writer and Director, Proof reader and Business and Communications Consultant – who helps business owners, entrepreneurs, mums in business with everything from social media strategy and website content to media exposure and proofreading eBooks.
Lauren’s also passionate about helping new mums/mums-to- be navigate their journey into parenthood (parenting coach/support/breastfeeding empowerment).
Lauren has held the title of Editor for magazines for the Australian Institute of Management and Lexus, among other high profile brands, was News Editor for a popular weekly celebrity gossip mag, has her work – and her clients’ work – published in various print and online platforms, and loves helping clients via workshops, coaching and project work.
