Tanja Turner is a Digital Consultant, author and podcaster who supports individuals and small businesses using Technology and online products.
She is co-host of the Aussie Bloggers Podcast and hosts her own radio show once a fortnight at Coach on Fire Radio Network.
Her passion is empowering women who are not sure where to go with technology. She runs courses, workshops and retreats – teaching and training in Podcasting, WordPress, blogging, producing digital products such as ebooks, and building online courses.
She manages the front end of WordPress builds, and works between her clients and her developers, ensuring the whole process of building a website runs smoothly for both parties. She manages builds from simple blogs to complex membership and e-commerce sites. By holding her client’s hand every step of the way, she makes every technology task simple and easy for them.
She has won numerous awards for her work in technology and education, and in the past, held the position of chair of the Girls in IT committee, where she was helping to raise awareness in IT career paths for girls finishing high school.
She’s based in Brisbane, Australia, where she received her formal education and holds a Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor of Education, and Master of Education (Information Technology). She is also a Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming which she uses to help clients overcome the fear of new technologies.
During her time of learning and teaching, she has received many many certificates, awards and appreciation for her work, including the prestigious Queensland, Outstanding Teacher Excellence Award for ICTs in Education.
